Within 24 hours from the date and time of this agreement, Buyer has the option to have this dog Vet checked at Buyer's
expense. Should the dog have any contagious or congenital life threatening condition, the purchase price will be refunded
only upon the return of the dog to Seller within the allotted 24 hours, accompanied by a written statement from the attending
Veterinarian, with copies of medical records and tests performed to determine the diagnosis, and verified by my Veterinarian
prior to any adjustments made.
The presence of a small molera is common to this breed and is not considered a defect.
If the dog is to be returned, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD MEDICAL TREATMENT OR IMMUNIZATIONS BE PROVIDED.
In the event of congenital life threatening disease within two years from date whelped, a replacement will be given upon
return of the puppy to Seller accompanied by a written statement from the attending Veterinarian, with copies of medical records
and tests performed to determine the diagnosis, and verified by my Veterinarian prior to any adjustments made. Seller will
only be responsible for Parvo or Corona within 72 hours, or for Distemper or Hepatitis within 10 days from this date. If puppy
should die from any of the said diseases contracted within the allowed time frame, a replacement will be given only after
an autopsy has been performed at Buyers expense, and such disease has been determined by a qualified Veterinarian, who must
furnish documents of care, a complete diagnosis, with tests and/or X-ray supporting the diagnosis. No adjustment will be made
on an unsupported diagnosis or theory of the dog's condition. A replacement of same quality, sex and breed will be made subject
to availability.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be euthanized without Sellers knowledge and written consent. Any veterinarian
expenses is Buyers responsibility. Failure to have the dog checked within the 24 hour period, failure to keep vaccinations
and worming current, failure to obtain proper veterinary care immediately in case of sickness or injury, and failure to follow
Sellers care and feeding instructions render this sale "AS IS" and NO WARRANTIES WILL APPLY.
Internal or external parasites, allergies or any condition preventable and/or treatable by the Buyer, including, but not
limited to, injury, exhaustion, hypoglycemia, or any other stress related condition, will not be warranted.
This dog is sold as pet quality, intended for companionship, with no guarantees as to breeding soundness.
Registration papers are guaranteed on this dog, if not presently available, will be mailed to Buyer as soon as possible.
This contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Michigan, County of Jackson. It is agreed the place of venue shall
be in Jackson County, Michigan.
FEED: Eukanuba Small Breed or Royal Canin Small Breed for puppies. Leave dry food available at all times. Twice daily,
wet about 1 tablespoon of dry puppy food with warm water, let soften before feeding. Remove any uneaten food after an hour.

CAUTION: STRESS IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH IN PUPPIES.
KEEP PLAYTIME TO LESS THAN 15 MINUTES EVERY 2 HOURS TO PREVENT STRESS AND LOW BLOOD SUGAR. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY SERIOUS
CONDITION AND REQUIRES IMMEDIATE TREATMENT.
LEPTO VACCINE IS A KNOWN CAUSE OF VACCINE REACTIONS AND CAN BE FATAL TO TOY BREEDS
